Please be aware that certain circumstances may arise where we are unable to accept orders, and as a result, we may need to cancel them.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for various reasons, such as limitations on available quantities, errors in product information or pricing, or constraints within our credit department.

In situations where we require additional information to process your order, we will reach out to you. If your order is cancelled or requires further information, we will promptly communicate with you. For perishable items, delivery is attempted only once. If the delivery address is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, we are unable to make a second delivery. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided in such cases.

Cancellation by customer:

Should you decide to cancel your order after payment has been made, a refund will be issued to your account within 7-10 working days, with a 3% deduction from the total order amount as a processing fee. Please note that refunds will not be granted if you cancel your order after work has commenced or if your order has been dispatched/delivered, as the items become unusable thereafter.

Agreement and Confirmation:

If incomplete or inaccurate delivery information is provided (e.g., incorrect name or address), additional delivery charges may be applied if the parcel is returned to us by the courier company and needs to be resent to you.

woodengiftes.com reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided by you at any time. If the information provided is found to be incorrect, we reserve the right to reject your request or amend the provided details accordingly.

Product Complaints:

If you believe a product is defective, please contact us promptly, and we will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Replacement of the product may take 10-15 days. Returns are not accepted for products that have been tampered with, used, or have damaged packaging.
